Hayter Engineering is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Yarbrough to Senior AutoCAD Technician! 

As an invaluable member of our staff, Heather is responsible for preparation of detailed technical drawings, water and wastewater system computer modeling, LIDAR data processing, and utility infrastructure GIS mapping.
