Our Solution
Kelso Technologies is a railroad equipment supplier that produces and sells proprietary rail tank car service equipment used in the safe loading, unloading and containment of hazardous materials during transport.
Working with a team including Westwind Building Corporation, Richmond Group Architecture and Planning, Hayter Engineering provided site and utility design for a new 40,000 SF production facility in Bonham, Texas. Specific services provided by Hayter Engineering are listed to the right.
The design included concrete pavement with loading docks and ramps, fire protection, potable water, wastewater and storm drainage, all of which were planned to accommodate future expansion.
