Our Solution
Hayter Engineering coordinated with Liberty National Bank, Denny Architects, Richard Drake Construction, and the City of Paris for a Liberty National Bank branch bank expansion at their Collegiate Drive location in Paris, Texas.
The expansion included doubling the existing building's square footage, additional drive-through banking lanes, parking and drive aisles, and a new entrance on Price Street.
A unique aspect of this project was that the bank was to remain open during construction. As a result, a phased approach was developed to ensure customers had continual access to the bank during construction.
