Our Solution

The Urban Air Adventure Park Project is approximately two acres at the intersection of Rina Park Road and Woerz Way in Ardmore. Urban Air is a premier full-service family entertainment center offering a variety of attractions for all ages. Hayter Engineering was proud to assist in the completion of this project.

We coordinated our design efforts with the owner, architect, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineer, structural engineer, and the City of Ardmore. The site was platted by the previous owner, and topographic surveying was arranged through a local firm.

The project was complicated by the presence of a major petroleum pipeline across the western portion of the site. The easement for this pipeline restricted concrete paving and affected the minimum parking requirements for the site. Hayter worked with the pipeline company to design acceptable alternatives.

Hayter Engineering provided the site plan and existing topography, sanitary sewer and storm sewer plan and profile, water plan, erosion control plan and details, and civil details with typical sections and specifications for the park.
