Continued efforts by the City of Point to improve the safety and quality of life for its citizens.

Our Solution

The City received a grant from the Texas Department of Agriculture, Community Enhancement Grant Fund (CEF) for an Activity Center- Library - Shelter facility.

The project began with working with the City to have the existing wood-frame house removed from the site.

The design of this new building involved six professional disciplines – architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, geotechnical, and structural engineering. As well as providing the surveying, civil engineering, bidding and construction administration Hayter Engineering managed the communication, coordination and execution of services for all of these disciplines.
