Our Solution
Lamar County WSD serves a population of 27,533 retail and wholesale customers. There are 1,130 miles of main water lines, 8,241 retail service connections and 10 wholesale connections.
This project is part of the larger project which included installation of a AMR Radio-Read water meter system for approximately 8,000 meters ranging in size from 5/8" x 1⁄2" to 4", a new headquarters building, and master planning.
The GIS mapping project for the Lamar County Water Supply District was completed in 2014. This was an ArcGIS source built system from scratch.
