Our Solution

Hayter Engineering was retained by RKMS Paris LLC to provide surveying services necessary to develop a vacant site into a Minor Emergency Care Center on Northeast Loop 286 in Paris.

The property had previously been platted by the City’s platting process by a different firm, however none of the necessary easements were in place, so Hayter Engineering coordinated with the City and the developer to define the required easement locations and legally establish them through the City’s Replatting process. In order to obtain funding an ALTA survey was then conducted to ensure that all items that might affect the property were properly identified. Once the proposed structures and improvements were in place Hayter Engineering prepared an As-Built survey for the landowner, and updated the ALTA survey for the lender to verify the location of all new utilities and to ensure that none of the new improvements encroached onto adjoining properties or overlapped platted easements and setback lines.
