Our Solution

This project involved the expansion of the Smallwood Properties residential development including the extension of Levi Lane. Hayter Engineering provided the design for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving. Levi Lane is 39’ wide x 7” thick concrete street approximately 1,100 linear feet in length.
