Our Solution
This project was preceded by a Street System Study for the City of Winnsboro in which 99 streets were inventoried and evaluated including recommended improvements for each street.
Two streets were completely reconstructed and 35 streets were overlaid with new asphalt. Seven of these streets had partial new curb and gutter replacement and concrete valley gutter replacement.
Improvements included 46,124 SY of 2” asphalt wearing surface; 33,312 SY of 3” HMAC; 676 LF of new concrete and gutter repair; and 2545 SY concrete valley gutter.
